At COCOLAB, we want you to love every piece you purchase; however, if you are not completely satisfied, we offer a 30-day window for returns and exchanges on all unworn items. Items must be returned in their original condition with all tags attached to be eligible for a full refund.
Initiate Your Return
Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.
Package Your Items
Place the items in their original packaging, ensuring all COCOLAB tags are intact, and include the packing slip provided in the portal.
Ship It Back
Affix the prepaid shipping label to your package and drop it off at any authorized carrier location within 7 days of starting the request.
Receive Your Refund
Once our quality control team inspects your return, your refund or exchange will be processed to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
